Issue creating a USB boot disk. Receive error on multiple PC's. Have tried Rufus and all other methods to create a boot disk on the Cloanezilla site. Tried all ISO files and ZIP files. I know i am doing somthing wrong but having a heck of a time figuring it out.
It's due to the Linux kernel comes with Clonezilla live can not detect your disk. It's nothing to do with Rufus or the method to create the bootable USB flash drive for Clonezilla live.
Have you try to use the newer version of Clonezilla live? Like >= 2.6.1-19 or 20190320-disco: https://clonezilla.org/downloads.php
They come with newer Linux kernel so it might support your hardware better.

Would not hurt to see if there are BIOS updates for your machine.
