    Hi,
a friend of mine has the following problem:
The Clonezilla 2.4.7-8 live image does not establish a network connection (board: ASRock N3150-ITX, ethernet adapter: Realtek RTL8111GR). Apparently it won't get a DHCP address.
Everything works well with older versions of Clonezilla (e.g. 2.3.1-18). For more info see http://forum.openmediavault.org/index.php/Thread/15216-Clonezilla-omv-extras-org-live-image-does-not-establish-a-network-connection-ASR/

Please give Clonezilla live 201610*-yakkety a try:
      http://clonezilla.org/downloads.php
It comes with newer Linux kernel (4.8), and non-free firmware, so the results might be different.

    Hi...

Sorry for my bad English :-)

I can connect succesfully to wifi following the Ubuntu classic way to create a connection. Of course, I'm talking about alternative-Ubuntu-xenial stable version. If you follow the linked post you will connect for sure. I don't know about the debian version.

P.S. Te post first tells you to download the wpa-supplicant but you don't have to: Clonezilla Ubuntu based already has this package.

Let me know if you had success!

    Regards,

    Bert
