What if any problems occur when creating an image from an SSD(126G) to a 1T spinner?
What problems will I have restoring that image??

My 1st restore would be from a 1T spinner to the NEW SSD(126G).
I don't have a DVD with Windows 7 pro 64-bit on it. Thanks Microsoft!
I doubt this will work? Am I right and if so where do I go from there????

Did you mean to save an "image" of your SSD (126G) to 1T spinner?
Or did you mean to "clone" your SSD (126G) to the 1TB disk?
If it's the latter, MS Windows 7 might fail to boot because it lacks the driver of your SSD device.

    Steven.

    Thanks for responding.
The SSD is blank. I want to install Windows 7 pro 64-bit on it.
I do not have a DVD of the Windows OS.
I doubt that my Clonezilla image will install Windows on the SSD
    because it's going from a 1T spinner to a 126G SSD.
If I use the install a Clonezilla partition from the spinner
to the SSD, will that work???? I have never used this feature
    of Clonzilla-live.
