For years I have downloaded Clonezilla via Tuxboot and put it on cds, thumb drives, sd drives, and external hard drives and easily booted on computers with Windows XP, Vista, Win7, regardless of 32bit or 64bit. I was very surprised to discover that they don't work on my laptop anymore. The message is, "This kernal requires an X86-64 CPU but only detects an i686 CPU. Unable to boot-please use a kernal appropriate for your CPU." My laptop is Dell Latitude D800, X86-based, with Intel Pentium M processor 1600Mhz 1598Mhz 1 core 1 Logical Processor running 32bit Win7pro. I tried the alternate Clonezilla download via Tuxboot with the same result. Can anyone tell me where to get a version of Clonezilla that will work for me?

You selected the amd64 version from the download page, which would not work on your laptop. On the download page (Step 1) select the proper CPU architecture for your laptop, which is i686.
