    Hi there,
I have a Win 8.1 image taken on a 128GB hdd that I would like to restore to a 500GB and automatically resize Windows partition, instead of manually with gparted.

    Using gpt and 5 partitions
    sda (128GB
    sda1 (128M_Microsoft
    sda2 (1000M_ntfs_WINRE_DRV
    sda3 (260M_vfat_SYSTEM_DRV
    sda4 (104.9G_ntfs_Windows8_OS
    sda5 (11.8G_ntfs_Lenovo_Recov

Is there a way to automatically get this done after reimage?

    What I've tried so far:
    Image to 500GB, delete sda4 and sda5, create larger sda4, create 12GB sda5
Use the -r and -k option

The process finishes but I'm greeted with the Windows was unable to boot
    Any thoughts?

If its partition table is BIOS format (msdos), not GPT, you can enter expert mode when using Clonezilla live, and select the option "-k1".
If it's GPT, then for the time being, you still have to use GParted to do that. Or you can manually create the partition table on the destination, and when cloning, do not let Clonezilla to re-partition your destination disk, i.e. choose option "-k" in the expert mode.

    Steven.
