#1 duplicate entries cannot be removed
1) Add an app to Clonch
2) Add the app again (oops!)
3) The app displays twice in the main interface but only once in
Preferences -> Items
4) Delete app from Preferences
5) App now doesn't display in preferences but still shows (once) in
main interface (with blank icon)
