port:current-time reports wrong timezone?

`port:current-time' seems to suggest the wrong timezone name. Consider the
following:

| Wed Sep 26 16:13:10 BST 2001
| 2001-09-26 Wed 16:13:10 +0100 (GMT)
| nil
`----

Wouldn't it be more correct to return:

,----
| 2001-09-26 Wed 16:13:10 +0100 (BST)
`----

or simply:

,----
| 2001-09-26 Wed 16:13:10 +0100
`----
