Please provide the steps for windows installation. Especially when I save the files as clone-git.bash nothing happens. If you could elaborate by sharing step by step procedure would be great and very helpful.

It is pretty straightforward: go to the github releases page, https://github.com/AlDanial/cloc/releases and download the latest .exe. There is no installation step; you can use the .exe directly from a command prompt (cmd.exe terminal).
