#50 Perl2Exe on CLOC - get error

When I try to run Perl2Exe on cloc.pl, I get an error - see below. In some cases the pl is updated on the CLOC page, but not the EXE, and I would like to build the EXE for other systems that don't have Perl installed.

This is not a cloc bug. Perhaps file a perl2exe bug report.
