Incorrect detection of .o.cmd files as batch files

When build a Linux Kernel, .o.cmd files can be created as part of the build process. These are definitely not "DOS batch" files, but are detected as such by CLOC (1.64)

Thanks for the bug report. There's currently not a clean way to implement such exceptions so I'll think about it a bit.
btw, I will resume this issue on GitHub, cloc's new home, as issue #6
(https://github.com/AlDanial/cloc/issues/6) and close the issue here.
