To put that better, the string "-lbcrypt" is needed in the gcc command 
invocation but is missing from the invocation. The actual library 
libbcrypt.a is _not_ missing. It's present in mingw's sys-root area, 
just as it should be, and is found automatically when the argument 
"-lbcrypt" is added to the gcc call.
