I would add:

There are definitively a few clisp modules that have been developed by users; I've seen mention of one or two in cll over the years IIRC. 

Clisp works ok with slime. If there have not been recent mentions of it, it's both because for the lack of mainenance less users have been using it with slime and because the current support is adequate. 

I don't think jitc is production ready.
