building with g++ (DEBUG_GCSAFETY) ends with errors: In file included from ../../src/gllib/fnmatch.c:172: ../../src/gllib/fnmatch_loop.c: In function ‘int internal_fnmatch(const char*, const char*, const char*, bool, int)’: ../../src/gllib/fnmatch_loop.c:152: error: invalid conversion from ‘const void*’ to ‘const char*’ ../../src/gllib/fnmatch_loop.c:203: error: invalid conversion from ‘const char*’ to ‘char*’ .... These are just c++ type conversion errors. I think gllib should always be compiled with gcc.
