with-standard-io-syntax and integers

I'm running the latest (as of Feb. 22) CVS version and getting this behavior:


[1]> (prin1 1)
1
1
[2]> (with-standard-io-syntax (prin1 1))
1.
1

The "1." seems wrong. Is this a bug or allowed ANSI behavior?
