TODO: a macro like CMU's FFI:ADDR still need for?

Hi,

src/TODO mentions the need for the above. I don't know where it comes from, but
1. each pointer (foreign-xyz object) is implicitly an address
2. there foreign-address-unsigned
3. there's c-var-address and foreign-address

I believe this entry can go. May the one who added it delete that entry if it is indeed history.
