I fixed this myself, but I cannot test it due to a bug in uint32_p
which appears to assume that a fixnum always fit into uint32:
(resolve-host-ipaddr 12345678910232)
*** not a 32-bit integer: 12345678910232

i.e., it looks like uint32(12345678910232) returned true.
