copyright: add CLOS package to the portable ones?

Hi Sam,

clisp's COPYRIGHT file currently considers only the packages

    COMMON-LISP, COMMON-LISP-USER, KEYWORD, EXT

as those containing portable functionality. Kenneth Tilton mentioned the
MOP. I think it would be reasonable to encourage portable MOP programs,
by adding the CLOS package to this list. What do you think?

Fine.  I suggest also adding GRAY, for the same reason.
