#30 Ability to "tenure" a specific object

when a huge permanent database is used, it would be a
huge saving to put it outside the the GC reach -- to
"tenure" it (of course one must be able to "untenure"
an objects too!).
it would also be nice if such tenured objects resided
in a shared memory accessible by several processes.
