#6 Retraction while in do-for-all-facts "use after free" patch

I have code that does a retraction of facts while in a do-for-all-facts action. The address sanitizer found a case where the loop tried to access the nextFact pointer but the fact had already been garbage collected. Switching the order seems to fix the problem, but this is only a suggested fix, as it may not be the right one.
