#21 How to use?

1) Plenty of documentation on how to install, but nothing I can find on how to use this. There is no user interface. There doesn't even seem to be an uninstall, although I really don't want to uninstall if it can be used.

2) There is a large popup blue window in Russian that is meaningless to me. I cannot even close it or cancel it by clicking the "x". Since I haver no idea what to click or not clkick I can only push it off to the side until I logoff.

1) There is no installer. Therefore there is no uninstaller. ClipAngel does not modify Windows registry or files. I thought this will be understandable from Readme.txt
2) Attach screenshot of that window. What default language is in your Windows? What Windows version? How many phisycal display devices (monitors) at the moment are used?

To exit application your can use tray icon menu. Screenshot in russian UI

But what is this thing? It prevents the computer from rebooting or shutting
down without disconnecting power.

It is not my program window. Perhaps it was infected by virus. Check your computer for viruses. Try to download ClipAngel directly from official site ( https://sourceforge.net/projects/clip-angel/files/latest/download ) . If it will not help try download and run ClipAngel on other computer.
