#1 Directory Handling/Argument parsing

Hello,

I tried to install the current clint (0.1.2) from the
FreeBSD Port Package and got some segmentation faults
on startup. There where two errors in directory
handling and the command line parsing seems wrong to me
because pop_front() can be called to often. Please find
attached a patch which works at least for me.
