    Hi everyone,

    I am getting nuts getting this script to run on my hosting…

    First of, the sever isnt my so i cant really modify/change anything, not only that they use 'Safemode is ON' so i hope that is not making it impossible to use the script?..

    To the actual problem..

    I got it configured and added my code-snip in my html i keep getting this error 'KO, file not writable'. See screenshot.

    - I havent added any information at all in the security section under config.
    - I did gave the 3 folders (logs, cache & config) CMOD 777
    - And last my javascript code looks like this:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://roberthein.dk/clickheat/js/clickheat.js"></script><noscript><p><a href="http://www.labsmedia.com/index.html">Free marketing tools</a></p></noscript><script type="text/javascript"><!-
    clickHeatSite = '';clickHeatGroup = encodeURIComponent(window.location.pathname+window.location.search);clickHeatServer = 'http://roberthein.dk/clickheat/click.php';initClickHeat(); //->
    </script>

    Please help, i would very much like to see this working! Its awesome…

    Yes, the Safe Mode is the issue :-(

    You may try to remove the directories /clickheat/logs and /clickheat/cache, but it rarely works… if ever.

    Can you disable the Safe Mode? It's been a non-sense from the beginning…
