#33 Shading problems with some colors

There is a problem with the way Clearlooks calculates
shades of colors. In some color variations of
Clearlooks (e.g., Olive bundled with Clearlooks, or
Darjeeling from Clearlook-Big_Pack), the inner part of
the focus ring on text entries is rendered in a too
pale shade of base[SELECTED] color. The inner part of
the focus ring is practically invisible. See the
attachment.

This is probably caused by using the HLS color model to
calculate shades in support.c. Or maybe there's a bug
in the implementation of rgb -> hls or hls -> rgb
conversion. What about using HSV?
