At the moment, the application will only try to read the DAT files from Redump.org from the selected storage device, which will be also used for the dumping process.
I think it would be good if the app prompts a message asking whether the DAT files will be read from the dumping device or from the other one. Quite simple, but helpful.

I think it would be best if cleanrip just checks both storage devices for the files preferably sd first then usb. I don't really think it would need to ask the user each time its run.

I agree, and also think it would be good if the DAT files could be stored in the CleanRip folder, as it helps keeps the SD Card/USB Storage root nice and tidy (i.e. The two DAT files would be stored in sd:/apps/CleanRip)
