If CLANN and CLCAL are deactivated (i.e. removed from) a course, the announcements and events still appear in the user desktop and course home page portlet. This is an issue since it will generate errors when clicking on an item (course and user portlets) or on the managing link (course portlets only).

must check is_module_activated_in_course() before loading the items to display and displaying the course portlets contents !
