so far, I have not come across any kind of "monitoring"-feature, like the one some commercial programs offer. "Monitoring" means as far as I understand, that a kind of antivirus "service" or "daemon" always scans new files, independently from the scheduled scans.
Am I right, that this feature has not been implemented yet? If yes, than will it be in the future? How do you think about this feature?

Please note that ClamWin Free Antivirus does not include an on-access real-time scanner, that is, you need to manually scan a file in order to detect a virus. Microsoft Outlook Addin, however will delete a virus-infected attachment automatically.

If I have understood i right the Outlook Addin scans both in and out-going files. Not to be confused with Outlook Express - there is no Addin for Outlook Express as far as I understand.
