So certified means a product and not noly the open-source project.
ClamAV and ClamSAP are open and you can use both but without a certification, but with SLESE for SAP you get support from a vendor and therefore SAP certified is SLES for SAP.

the NW-VSI certification is valid for 3 years by default.
However the certification itself is something you have to differentiate. Officially SUSE is certified because they support clamav officially and with SLES for SAP they provide support for clamsap, see
