#2 Compiling texinfo-docs

Compiling the texinfo-docs is probably not possibly
under all OS.

More precisely, we use

1. ".." for going one level up in the dir-hierarchy
2. "/" as path-separator

TODO: Find a platform-independent way of doing this,
maybe load the necessary strings from files,
generated by platform-dependent scripts.
