#2 CGT service disabled

The CGT refresh and friends list features obviously don't work, at the moment. I currently have them disabled to avoid confusion. I hope to have an "auto-enable" feature working by the time the service is back.

I have a query that should turn the CGT service features back on. Without the service running, it'll be hard to test and know if it actually works. Change is PEND-ed until the service is online.

Now that the service is up, I'm testing and finding multiple issues. Hopefully, I'll get them all ironed out, soon.
