Dear Professor,
I have purchased version 6.4 R2 of your prestigious program. I have downloaded the CSV and RIS files from Scopus, however, when converting the CSV file to WoS format, information such as the author names and the CR field is lost, preventing me from completing the bibliometric analysis. Additionally, I have tried converting the RIS file, but the Scopus (RIS) to WoS button is not enabled. Please provide any advice on how to resolve these two issues.

The format of your CSV file is different from what I downloaded from Scopus back in Feb 2025. Scopus may have changed it, although the Feb version was more reliable.
Your CSV file also has a few rows messed up. See attached. You should either remove or fix them.
RIS exports from Scopus have some problems in the past. CiteSpace temporarily suspends the conversion of RIS exports from Scopus until the issues are fixed.
