#66 Scale shouldn't affect non-visible elements of appearance

It's common to perform circuit appearance edit in large scales. Non-visible elements (pins, anchor and point markers of selection) are affected by scale too, but I think they should not. There is screenshot attached where 800% scaled pins are incredibly large and they are obstacles to edit appearance comfortably. Also, point markers of selection here are very huge and it's impossible to move this selection (actually there is duplicated "NOT gate" selected now).
