Logisim 2.6.2.172 fragile release.

A direct edit in the ROM window (not HEX editor) appears to work correctly, but when the HEX editor window is opened and edited, the ROM contents are not updated. Hence the two displays show different data.

Attached is a simple test circuit that re-creates the problem.
