A Register/Ram Cannot be in a sub circuit.

So I was building a circuit and the first thing that didn't work was the ram. So I had to build that circuit so that the ram was on my main circuit instead of in the subcircuit I use. Later I discovered that I cannot have a Register in a subcircuit aswell. This is kinda annoying and I would love to see this fixed.
In the image you can see the circuit at the bottom and the assembler chip above that circuit.
The assembler chip doesn't output 0000 0001 while the circuit does.
And a standalone of the assembler chip.
Ticket can be closed. I didn't see that the 4 bit input on my assembler chip was at the bottom-left instead of top-left...
