When you want to edit a value in a subcircuit it asks to be in a normal circuit state instead of a super circuit state. When you click 'ok' you cannot return everything back to the "Super circuit state". Then your whole project won't react from outside the chip you have modified inside from a normal circuit state.
Did you already try to reload/reopen the project or reset your simulation?
