Status: New Owner: ---- Labels: Type-Defect Priority-Medium New issue 13 by ssorga...@gmail.com: cdk 'daylight' and webel 'std' fingerprints are the same http://code.google.com/p/cinfony/issues/detail?id=13 Or at least they give me the same results for the molecules i've tested. It makes sense considering that 'daylight' is the default fingerprint type in the CDK, and that I haven't found any 'std' fingerprinter in the CDK documentation. Maybe they should have the same name in cinfony in order to reflect that they are the same. But this could introduce an API breakage. Maybe introducing a synonym in both cdk and webel modules?
