[CinePaint] Problem with Plug-ins dir

Hello List,

I added my Gimp plugins dir to the my preferences dir which looks as foll=
owing
/home/wmendez/.filmgimp/plug-ins/:/usr/lib/filmgimp/0.16/plug-ins:/usr/li=
b/gimp/1.2/plug-ins

After I restarted not only do I don't see the Gimp filters but the Cinepa=
int=20
ones as well, So I removed the line from the prefs ,saved and restarted a=
gain=20
now I don't have any filters.   What did I do incorrectly?
