[CIL users] Warning option : no-pointer-sign

Hi all:
I am beginner of cil. Now, I try to use cilly to transform a linux module and 
compile it with cross compiler for PPC. 
I don't know "How to disable the option '-Wno-pointer-sign' in cilly ". And 
another question is "Is the option added by cilly?".
Because the cross compiler don't have any option like Wno-pointer-sign , or 
someone can tell me how to enable the option in the compiler.
