#82 HE sends bogus group value in View Ctrl
When using the HE's "actions->send packet->view control", the first view control sent will contain viewgroup = 255, instead of 0 (the value selected in the dialog). The HE's capture log claims that the value is 0, but wireshark and the MPV confirm that the value being sent is 255.
Subsequent view control packets send in this manner will have the correct viewgroup value (0).

Host Emulator 3.3.0 exhibited this behavior. Other versions may also be affected.
