[Chromium-dev] help me!!!

I would to install chromium cr-1.9 on wondows XP,i have installed 
Cygwin,Python 2.5.1,win32py,but when i write ,on the Cygwin's shell, make i 
see in the shell:command not found.why??what is the problem??thank you
