[Chromium-dev] Cr 1.9 prep

It's been a year since Cr 1.8 and there's probably a fair number of 
fixes in CVS that should go out.

I think I've got some patches/bug reports in my inbox that I should go 
over.  Anyone else?

I'll try to put together a Cr 1.9 release candidate soon.
