[Chromium-dev] Add a '-timeout' flag to fonttest

Hi folks;
  Any objection to my checking in a change to fonttest to add a -timeout flag? 
 The flag just causes it to exit after a certain number of milliseconds; we 
use it here to do an automatic system test.
