[Chromium-dev] SDP vs GigE Performance

Here are some simple breakdowns with the nop spu and crdemo.conf.  This 
is with some early bailout hacks I've made to the tcp layer.  It turns 
out that we aren't getting burned there as much as I thought...  More on 
that when I get deeper into profiling...

City             SDP          2080

The netperf app reports 105MB/s for our GigE implementation and ~550MB/s 
for SDP (it depends on MTU and message size).
