Thanks.  I'm using the crdemo.conf from cr/mothership/configs/crdemo.conf.
I change the CR_BIN_DIR to point to <absolute path>/cr/bin/WIN_NT.

I'm working on it now.  Think I've got it.  Could you send me the
config file you're using?
