#28 Error generating PDF file - Even with v1.2

First, thanks for sharing this outstanding app for free. CHM / WEB Html works great.

Regarding PDF, I am getting this error:

Generating PDF file
Something wrong happened with the PDF generation. Remember you must to have PdfCreator (VERSION 1.2 AND ONLY THIS VERSION) installed into your computer to generate a PDF file. You can download it from http://www.pdfforge.org/products/pdfcreator/download

I don't have Office license, so PDF Creator is my only option.

I've tried installing v1.2 all variations from http://www.oldversion.com/windows/pdfcreator/.

Tested with:
http://www.oldversion.com/windows/pdfcreator-1-2-0
http://www.oldversion.com/windows/pdfcreator-1-2-1
http://www.oldversion.com/windows/pdfcreator-1-2-3
and with latest v.1.7.3

All efforts went unsuccessful.
