Hello! I have Panther, but the application just refuses to launch. It
looks like it's launching, the icon bounces on the dock a bit, and
then it disappears. What's going on?

Can you tell me more?
Exact version of OS X, and Chmox?

Try to launch Console application before lauching Chmox, and copy the
Console output in a bug followup.

I have the same problem.
MacOsX 10.3.4
console message: RegisterProcess failed (error = -50)

for installing I just moved the file in the DMG in the
applications folder
