[chlor-develop] Chlor Gimp export now functional

I am very happy to announce that Chlor can now export directly to the  
Gimp format (XCF):

Looking at the Seashore code helped _a_lot_. I mentioned Mark Pazolli  
as copyright co-owner in the export code even though i did not copy 1:1.

I think being able to export from a vector format to a pixel format  
without losing the layers is very important. One step closer for  
Seashore/Chlor becoming a team like Photoshop/Illustrator. ;)
