At that moment, the project usage is limited to :
Find useless #include in C++ .cpp/.h files
Find missing direct #include in C++ .cpp/.h files
Find some non cross-platform lines as #pragma once

The usage of the code is :
java -jar ChkSem-1.0.jar Directory_to_analyse Configuration_file

One can generate the configuration file with the option -g Configuration_file :
java -jar ChkSem-1.0.jar -g Configuration_file
