Copy-and-paste is one-directional

I cannot get copy-and-paste to work in both directions. I can copy from the remote computer and paste to my local computer, but not vice-versa. I have verified that this is not a configuration issue: copy-and-paste from local-to-remote works with Jolly's Fast VNC, a shareware VNC client.
I'm on Snow Leopard. Remote machine is running Red Hat Linux.
Thanks for keeping CotVNC active!
Chicken, like Chicken of the VNC, only supports transferring the clipboard from server to client. Maybe this isn't as well documented as it could be. Note that you can have it send the clipboard contents as simulated keystrokes by choosing "Paste" from the edit window. This sometimes works just as well as transferring the clipboard contents.
Moving to feature requests.
This is now available in Chicken 2.2b1. There's a menu item under Edit called "Paste To Remote Server" which transfers the clipboard to the remote server.
