Trivial enhancement: add a TIM8 driver to PWM. Should be the same as TIM1, the other "advanced control timer."

I have a patch for this, but it's for 2.2.3 and is on a workstation I don't have access to for the next month.

    TIM8 support has been added to GPT, ICU and PWM drivers on the repository (requires testing).
