#837 STM32F070xB: USART_ISR_LBDF not supported, UARTD4 issue

I am porting code from STM32F4Discovery to NUCLEO F070RB.
I found out that uart on STM32F070xB doesn't support LIN detection. Here is Reference manual, jump to page 636 and you will notice that bit is "Reserved, must be kept at reset state".
Here is my quick fix for that issue.

Another thing is that UART4/USART4.
On F4 there is UART4 but on F0 there is USART4 and uart driver is assigning UART4, so that it is impossible to use UART (I suppose that serial driver aswell)

Another thing is that in demo code for Nucleo there should be STM32_SERIAL_USART3_8_PRIORITY set which is being checked here. I guess that same applies to serial driver.
